Overview
The FZB series fluoroplastic self-priming pump adopts a metal shell lined with fluoroplastic, and all flow components are made of fluoroplastic alloy. The pump cover, impeller, etc. are all wrapped in metal inserts and pressed with fluoroplastic as a whole. The shaft seal adopts an external corrugated pipe mechanical seal, and the static ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride). The dynamic ring is filled with PTFE filling material, which has good corrosion and wear resistance sealing performance. The inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced with cast steel bodies to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump. Actual use shows that the pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, strict and reliable sealing performance, easy disassembly and maintenance, and long service life.
FZB self-priming pump has self-priming function, which can pump liquids below the installation position of the pump, and has stable performance and simple operation. It only needs to be filled with liquid before the first use of the pump. After the second and subsequent uses, there is no need to fill liquid and it can be turned on directly. The self-priming height can be determined within 2 to 4 meters according to the medium density, making it a preferred choice to replace bulky submersible pumps.
Purpose
The overcurrent components of FZB self-priming pumps are all made of fluoroplastics and have self-priming function. Therefore, FZB self-priming pumps have a wide range of applications, such as pumping corrosive liquids from underground tanks to target locations, pumping acid and alkali from acid and alkali tanks without outlets at the bottom to target locations, circulating between multiple acid tanks, or unloading acid.
